Production Operations Leader

Job Type: Full-time
ROP: £40,000.00 – £50,000.00 per year
Shift pattern: Working hours 8am to 8pm, 4 on 4 off shifts.
Hours per shift: 10 – 12 hours – Normal working day across the year is 10 hours, however given the nature of produce 12-hour shifts will be required at certain times across the year.
Work location: In person (Churn Lane, Tonbridge TN12 8HW)

Purpose of Job
We are looking to recruit a Production Operations Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be able to lead a team to deliver the production plan in the most efficient way whilst adhering to our high-quality standards and following our ‘first time right’ approach whilst managing business KPI’s related to people / process / product.

Experience in people development and management and the ability to identify opportunities to increase production efficiencies and implement positive changes are key requirement for this position.

Warehouse Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00 – £50,000.00 per year
Shift pattern: Working hours 7.30am to 7.30pm, 4 in 4 off rolling shift.
Work location: In person (Churn Lane, Tonbridge TN12 8HW)

Purpose of Job
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to:

  • Optimise site capacity by ensuring warehouse operations are effectively led in full compliance with Cottage Farms policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive support across all areas of warehouse activity to maintain full operational control, drive cost-efficiency, and promote best practices.
  • Champion a culture of safety and accountability, ensuring the team consistently meets key business KPIs and embeds a “safety always” mindset into daily operations.
